Project: Expansive Kitchen
Location: Ruxton, MD
Scope: Create an expansive kitchen and powder room by changing the layout, hardwood flooring, and shaker style cabinetry with a quartz countertop.

Testimonial from our client We have used the Best Value Property Solutions, Inc. (BVPS) crew multiple times over the years. Back in 2012 they took upon the challenge of bringing a couple of small bathrooms in our house into modern times appearance and functionality. They came up with creative and practical solutions, maximizing the efficiency of the limited space while beautifying it at the same time. In 2016 and 2017 the BVPS team helped us with finishing the basement. An additional bedroom was built now used by our son. The downstairs family room was also completely remodeled and the old fireplace got replaced with an efficient wood burning fireplace which required rebuilding of the chimney and the wall construction to accept the fireplace unit.
In 2020, the crew returned to convert our laundry room into beautifully finished back entry including a large closet, neatly hidden laundry and heating system sections.
Recent work included also an addition of a large 20x20 ft carport solidly constructed in a way which seamlessly matches the rest of the house.
Bathroom
We had a dark upstairs bathroom unchanged since the 1970s. Martin gave us a new bathroom with skylight and a fresh modern look that exceeded our dreams. The quality of work is excellent, performed without mess or disturbing the rest of the house and completed on schedule within the cost estimate. During the renovation part of the roof over the bathroom was found to be rotten, which Martin promptly repaired at a reasonable cost. We highly recommend him, and we will use Martin for our future home renovations projects.
